Ingredients::
Cascara Sagrada - (Frangula purshiana), Liquorice root - (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and Buckthorn - (Rhamnus catharicus).
Directions for use:
Take 1 tsp of herbs, to 1.5 cups of water, bring to a slow boil and turn down heat. Gently simmer for 5 min, let cool, strain, and drink before retiring to bed.
