Each pack contains 10x single use adhesive stick on Castor Oil Patches.
Directions
- Apply 1 to 2 teaspoons of castor oil onto the cotton section of the patch.
- Position it on the right side of your abdomen, just below the ribs.
- Leave the patch on for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight for extended use.
- Dispose of the patch after use.
