Boswellia, also known as Indian Frankincense has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine for the relief of mild rheumatic aches and pains.

Boswellia has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties which may help:

Relieve pain
Reduce mild joint aches and pains
Decrease symptoms of mild arthritis and osteoarthritis such as mild joint soreness, stiffness, aches, swelling and pain
Promote joint mobility

Ingredients

Ingredient	Per 1 tab
Boswellia serrata (Boswellia) gum oleoresin extract	400 mg
equiv. gum oleoresin dry	2 g
equiv. Beta-boswellic acids (BA)	100 mg

No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Directions for use

Adults: Take one tablet three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Cautions:
Not recommend while pregnant or breast feeding.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications
