Ingredients

Ingredient	Per 1 cap
Cnicus benedictus (Blessed Thistle) herb powder dry	300 mg

No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 4 capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
