Lugol’s Solution is a mixture of 5% Iodine, 10% Iodide in 85% water
Dosage-2 drops a day on skin or take internally.
Test to see if deficient in Iodine- Put some lugol’s solution on your forearm. Spread it in so it does not drip off. If the stain is gone within 1 hour, you are very low. Gone in 3 hours, low. Gone in 5 hours, good. Gone in 10 hours, then you have very good levels.
